I have just returned from the UK and have to say I am gob smacked (in a good way). I know firsthand how hard it is in the UAE to offer a level of service we would all expect from the UK or Europe and I have been trying this with our business here for 10 years which never stops. It has massive challenges, staff issues, suppliers letting you done, logistics issues, ridiculous red tape, visas, timings and multiple more obstacles to overcome but you have nailed it with the service and product I have received and I wanted to say thank you.

I spoke to Ben initially and all questions were quickly answered and a site measure offered. Chris meet my wife but was on time (amazing in itself in the UAE) and I received a full detailed and accurate quote by 7:30 am the very next day. All details, examples and the step by step installation is a nice touch. Chris then chased me but not in an annoying or pushy way. Answered every question and query I had. When I pushed the button to go ahead the order confirmation and invoice was swift. Dan then took over and the introduction email is perfect and the handover was smooth. Dan kept me updated on the site starting and materials / tools arriving then meet me at 6:30am (on time also) and ran over just to double check the work. Then I left and came back to everything done, clean, tidy and all extra work carried out.

• Staff excellent and knowledgable.
• On time.
• Quick quote and to what we asked with 3 good samples left.
• Polite, professional and all in uniforms (didn’t see a flip flop in sight!).
• The hand over between each of you was excellent from Ben to sales to operations (this is very tricky and hard for clients to not feel palmed off).
• Dan’s email about site meetings, phone number and bear with him if it’s not urgent and emails don’t get responded was great.
• Starting work day all materials and equipment delivered so guys not waiting around.
• Used Ramadan timings well.
• No issues with security and permissions for me all dealt with by you.
• Guys on site – all had equipment, many of them and knew what they were doing.
• Guys on site respectful, asked for space, had ice and water containers.
• Extra work requested was taken on board, done and no issues for me.
• Quick and timely work.
• Site left clean and tidy.
• Job looks great.

Not really any to be honest – very shocked, happy and will be recommending you guys 100% (think my neighbor to the right is your first customer) I know people very rarely take the time to say good things so again thanks for a great job , hard work and well done!
