Daniel was great at sales level to explain the process and also the standard. The install team were exceptional! Super clean, tidy and fast. The whole team delivered as promised, on time and went above any beyond to meet my very high standards. Also, full marks to them for very prompt follow-up on any issues. We had a minor problem with the turf separation at one place, and the team promptly rectified it. You can get a lot of cheap stuff on the market, but I would strongly recommend going with Easigrass for peace of mind and the safety of you and your family. And it comes with 10 years warranty. The artificial grass looks and feels so much better than those grass 'carpets' commonly used in our area, it also has good drainage to avoid water pooling up every time it rains. The ground preparation and installation happened exactly as shown in their catalogue/web site. We discussed all details ahead to clarify what is best for our needs, the installation team came well equipped and absolutely rocked in efficiency and expertise. It was a pleasure to watch them transform our little garden into something a lot nicer and fresh looking within just 3hours, somehow on the way down even the cat castle perches received fitted grass covers from the leftovers - that shows how dedicated to their work those guys really are!
