It looks so much bigger, cleaner, fresher and well, just so GREEN! Your guys all worked extremely hard and they are all a credit to your team. Dan was excellent and fair play to him he ‘gets stuck in’ unlike most supervisory roles over here, so it was great to see. Thanks again and we will definitely be recommending you all. Dear Chris, the service and works were really perfect. I told Dan already that in the last 8 years being in Dubai and having had lots of experience with companies working in and outside our villas we never had such a good and perfect service. The team was in time, they cleaned up everything in the evenings before leaving, Dan was here every few hours to check, he actually helped the team doing their works, the team itself was very professional and friendly. Dear Ben, just a note to thank your team for the hard work last week installing the artificial grass at Villa 240 in the East Community. Despite a few hick-ups along the way, (the delayed start, the chopped tree roots and the busted plumbing pipe) Dan and Chris managed to deliver an excellent level of service. As a family we’re delighted with the new grassed area, which it what counts..At various stages of the pre-installation, installation you guys took the time to remain in contact with reassuring calls and e-mails and when a few little issues came to light you simply dealt with them. My family and I appreciate that, it’s never the easy jobs that make a business reputation, it’s how you tackle the problems that defines great service.
